A program that helps first time offenders to payback for their crime through alternative measures.
Alternative measures can be Community Service, personal service to the victim, restitution to make up for a victim’s loss. The offender avoids a Criminal Record, and the Victim receives restitution and participates in what alternative measures are arrived at.
Crime Prevention in the Community is also a priority through activities involving youth that provides alternatives to criminal activities.
