Eric Menicoche has been LKFN councillor since 2015.
In 2013, LKFN Council appointed Liza McPherson as the substantive Executive Director, (ED). Liza comes to LKFN with more than 20 years of work experience. She held various positions in the public sector, her last position being MACA Superitendent. During her tenure as ED, she has successfully directed and accomplished major projects such as the installation of the new daycare and the Teepee projects. She leads a large team of more than 20 people who are working on various programs. In winter time, she is can be seen curling at the REC Arena.
Councillor Kele Antoine has provided excellent leadership since his appointment. The Teepee project was the brain-child of Councillor Antoine, assisted by Councillor Michaud. Besides being a Councillor, he is the General Manager for K & K Expediting. He is past President (2016) of Seven Spruce Golf Club. He spends his downtime playing hockey in wintertime and golf in the summertime.
Councillor Michaud brings tonnes of experience to LKFN Council after serving for more than 2 terms. He is a polished speaker and sppeaks with strong passsion on issues affecting First Nations. He provided good guidance and follow-up during the Teepee Construction Phase. He also played a pivotal role during the Teepee installation. He is an avid hunter and part time golfer.
