Welcome to Łı́ı́dlı̨ı̨ Kų́ę́ (Fort Simpson). This area is a jumping off point and location for many activities and cultural experiences in our community and to the surrounding areas. Whether you are visiting our community, passing through along the rivers, heading into the Nahanni National Park, or looking to experience the arts and craft scene, there is a little bit for everyone!

Cultural Experiences

Łı́ı́dlı̨ı̨ Kų́ę́ First Nation is please to offer 2-hour cultural experiences with a variety of activities. Our members and traditional knowledge keepers are able to offer activities including but not limited to: traditional crafts such as beading and birch bark baskets; traditional food like moose, caribou, fish and bannock; fishing trips; building traditional camps with tepees or tents; legend and oral history talks; guided canoe trips down the beautiful Dehcho (Mackenzie River).
